Heal Therapy & Consultation provides therapeutic counselling to children and adolescents between the ages of 3 to 18.

For children under the age of 12, a parent/guardian must attend the initial intake meeting. It is highly recommended that a parent/guardian attend this meeting on their own due to the sensitivity of the information being shared.

When booking an appointment for children’s counselling, please fill out the profile in your child’s name, as they will be considered the primary client.

An Initial Intake Meeting is required for each new client. If you cannot find an appointment time for an Initial Intake Meeting, please contact Heal Therapy & Consultation at healtherapyandconsultation@outlook.com or leave a voicemail message at (519) 504-5759, and a therapist will get back to you as soon as possible. THERE MAY BE A WAITLIST THAT YOUR/YOUR CHILD’S NAME CAN BE ADDED TO. Please note that a Parent Session is not the same as an Initial Intake Meeting.

UPDATE as of November 1, 2023: Heal Therapy & Consultation is only taking on new clients for mid-day appointments. Evening appointments are being reserved for existing clients and must be booked by their therapist. If you would like to be placed on the evening appointment waitlist, please email healtherapyandconsultation@outlook.com.

AS OF MARCH 7, 2024, ONLINE PAYMENT WILL NO LONGER BE AN OPTION. Payment can be made by cash, cheque or e-transfer. Please contact your therapist with any questions or concerns. Thank you.
